Historical Test Results Are Now Available for Multi-Ad Group Tests

We recently announced that you can see your single ad group historical tests results within Adalysis.  You can now see these saved test results for multi-ad group testing as well.

If you click on the date range, you can see the details for the patterns.

With single ad group tests, the only action you can take is ‘pausing’ so that’s all the action that’s recorded.

With text ad multi-ad group testing, you can either:

  • Pause the losing string across all ad groups in the test
  • Pause the losing string across all ad group and replace that string with a new one across all ad groups

We’ll show you the action as well as the new replacement pattern if appropriate.

We automatically save results where you took an action within the testing screens (and only actions within the testing screens are recorded); so there’s nothing for you to do to save these results.

You can see these multi-ad group results for:

  • Text ad patterns
  • Text ad label tests
  • Image ad label tests
  • Image ad size tests
  • Image ad label & size tests

To see these results, just click on the ‘saved test result’ button from any of your ad testing screens.

This data should make it much easier for you to see your older tests, what happened, how the tests went, so you can find new patterns and templates to test.

If you have any comments or feedback, please let us know.
