Adalysis Data Protection (Privacy) Policy
First, understand that Adalysis only collects information about it’s clients. We do not collect information about our clients’ customers. Just the clients contracting with Adalysis to provide services.
This Policy explains the way Adalysis collects personal data from you and the purpose for that collection. This Policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of how your personal data is being used and to provide you with choices about that use.
What Data is Being Collected and Why?
By visiting the Adalysis Site or submitting your personal data, you accept the terms described in this Policy. From time to time we may modify these rules. We will notify you of any significant change by posting a notice on our home page. Your continued use of the Adalysis Site after any modification indicates your agreement to the new terms.
Adalysis collects and maintains multiple types of email lists.
- One is a list of subscribers to Adalysis’ services that automatically emails you critical alerts and performance suggestions. You can choose not to receive notifications or to change the frequency of some alerts. You will be automatically opted into these emails when you subscribe to Adalysis as part of the service; but you can manage the frequency of these emails within your Adalysis account.
- When we launch new major features, we will let you know via email and a notice within the Adalysis dashboard. You can unsubscribe to these announcements at the bottom of each email.
- We also maintain a list of those who have opted-in to receive blog posts and other helpful information. At the bottom of every communication is a link to unsubscribe to these if you would no longer like to receive them.
We use Google Analytics, Google AdWords Conversion tracker, and other Google services that place cookies on a browser across the website. These cookies help us increase the website’s effectiveness for our visitors. These cookies are set and read by Google. To opt out of Google tracking, please visit this page.
We use AdWords remarketing to market our sites across the web. We place a cookie on a browser, and then a 3rd party (Google) reads these cookies and may serve an ad on a 3rd party site. Sharing with Third Parties
We may use service providers to process the Application Data. These service providers are restricted from using your personal data in any way other than for the service they are providing. There may also be occasion for Adalysis to disclose your personal data to third parties if it believes, in its sole discretion, that such disclosure is required by law, to enforce its user agreement or Data Protection (Privacy) Policy, or in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of the assets in Adalysis.
Adalysis is concerned with the security of your personal data. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

Adalysis maintains your data only for so long as you are using our services. Make sure you have everything you need from the site before cancelling your subscriptions with us, because we won’t!
Note: Cookies are required to use the membership section of the site. Our system places a cookie on the machine so we know the user has logged into the site. So, the password protected section requires cookies. We also use Google Analytics as an analytics provider and that also places cookies so we can improve the site and make it better through cookies and analytics.

Your information may be stored, processed and accessed in the United Kingdom or any other countries where Adalysis has facilities, including the United States. By using the Sites, and the Adalysis services, you consent to the transfer of information outside your country.
